ZTEsoft Technology Limited Liability Company was established on February 21, 2003. It is a holding subsidiary software company of ZTE Corp. (SZ:000063), the largest listed telecommunication equipment manufacturer in China.  Its predecessor is the BOSS product line of ZTE Corp.

Relying on the marketing service platform of ZTE, with sales and service branches in 32 domestic provinces and 70 countries and regions, ZTEsoft provides complete sales and services for customers. Its ZSmart series products have acquired over 50% share in the domestic fixed network market and been remaining a rapid growth rate over 50% annually in the international market.
