ZTEsoft OSS/BSS solution is an end-to-end solution based on IMS in the ZSmart brand. Referring to NGOSS standard and eTOM, TAM and SID models, it includes product, customer management, service management and resource management, supporting full business operation that includes deployment, subscription, provisioning and charging.  In 2007, ZTEsoft and ZTE initiated research with China Unicom on the Seamless OSS/BSS for IMS Services project. ZTEsoft participated in the whole process that included business scenario and business flow design, technical designing, system development and debugging. The project was demostrated successfully in TM World Conference in Dallas, America in November 2007 and Management World 2008 in Nice, France in May 2008.

It is known that ZSmart OSS/BSS products of ZTEsoft take a leading position in domestic and successfully serve China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom, have been commercially used in more than 40 global operators, and expand into multinational operators such as France Telecom and Singapore Starhub.
