The emergence of electronic operation/maintenance provides a complete solution for telecommunications operators’ operation/maintenance system. Unified software support platform
The ZTEsoft provides the UOS platform developed by itself as a core application bearer platform of the eOMS system. The architecture of the UOS platform is based on the J2EE standard; the bottom layer of the UOS platform is composed of multiple strictly-tested components; the top layer is composed of products of a rule engine, a work stream engine, EAI, Portal and OLAP, providing support to different service systems.

Report form/application customizing
Report forms/applications can be configured. If it is to be realized in the current process and report form data, it is only necessary to modify the related configuration data. If it is to add new services, the current process and report forms cannot meet the requirement, so news processes and report forms shall be customized. In the latter case, report forms and association of process applications can be customized by means of the form customizing tool.
