    Overview

    With deeper technology completion in the field of telecommunications, currently all telecommunication operators are confronting the following issue: how to mobilize all the departments under the enterprises, through a network resource management system. With this system, operators can efficiently configure network resources and accelerate provision of services, so as to enhance their competition edge. The ResMaster system maps various physical devices in a telecommunication network into complete and standard resource images. Through resource configuration, this system can establish logical resources and provide centralized resource management, such as unified resource configuration and dynamic dispatch. In this way, it can provide support to openness of services, network optimization and analysis on decision-making.

    Product Advantages

    • The ResMaster system adopts advanced concept in design and centralized management on different telecommunication specialties. Discarding the idea of traditional modules according to functions, the ResMaster system allows centralized management on all professional resources of a communication network, and attaches importance on the connection between resources, the connection between resources and services and the connection between resources and customers.

    • The ResMaster system provides both network-oriented and customer-oriented resource management. With this design, the customer-oriented resource management is implemented based on the network-oriented resource management.

    • A mature telecommunication resource management platform: The ResMaster system is a dynamic resource management platform based on the EAI design and object-oriented technologies. So, it can provide excellent solutions to technical problems in the telecommunication network, such as diversified resource types, complex service rules and enormous object relationships. It features dynamic management on resource objects, including dynamic management on resource object relationship; dynamic management on resource object naming rules, and dynamic query. These modules operate independently from each other, but they are associated in the whole network system.

    • Resource dispatch based on work stream platform: The service process is closely related with resources; report forms can be customized. You can modify the report forms flexibly and conveniently; the system can also provide visual user-defined process and WEB-based client access mode.

    • OLAP-based resource analysis subsystem: Commercial intelligent core OLAP technology is used, enabling four functions: resource analysis, resource statistics, resource early-warning and report forms.

    J2EE platform-based multi-hierarchic architecture: The system is of a multi-hierarchic software architecture; commercial logic and service rules can be customized on the application layer; services are separated from data; the extensibility and flexibility of software are enhanced.

    Product Functions

    The resource management system provides the following core service functions: resource inventory management, resource configuration, resource optimization, resource cutover, resource statistical analysis and resource scheme design.

    • Resource inventory refers to maintenance and management on the communication resource information of a telecommunication enterprise.

    • Resource configuration management provides functions of fast configuring communication resources and making service configuration scheme available to customers according to their requirements.

    • Resource optimization provides references and means for the general planning and optimization of communication resources. This function is provided with assistance from other tools, means and processes.

    • Cutover is a process to satisfy requirements in technical innovation, municipal engineering projects, network planning and optimization, the network architecture is adjusted to some extent, wholly or partially modified, or the user networking scheme is adjusted, and association of various related entities is re-configured. Cutover management performs management over this process.

    • Resource statistical analysis is directly related with resource stock association, resource configuration management, which is required for the management and for externally coordination as well.

    • Network resource dispatch scheme design is one of the functions based on system resource management and system configuration management. It is implemented on the basis of application forms (service orders) submitted by all the departments of the enterprise. With querying of various related resources and dispatching principles, end-to-end routes are designed, and resources in the database of the system are marked, so the resources will not be dispatched for other uses.
